59-Year-Old Man Dies in Quincy Collision

A 59-year-old Warden man lost his life in a tragic motorcycle crash on Sunday evening. The accident occurred on SR 28 west of Quincy shortly after 5:30 pm.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the motorcyclist, identified as Alvin Haug, collided with another vehicle. The impact of the crash proved fatal for Haug, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

SR 28 was closed for several hours following the accident as authorities investigated. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
